I use embroidery to compose an atmospheric reliquary of memory. Embroidery connects my concepts to cloth as reminiscences shape my journey. My work conveys this connection to the viewers who conceive their own relations and pass them on. I am creating an evolving time frame throughout each piece that evokes different emotions, which takes you on your own personal journey.
My motifs reflect my past and continue through my present and future. I am influenced by my surroundings and have been shaped by each event in my life. The pattern in my work has a delicate sentiment by focusing on small details and intricate objects. The significance of repeat pattern through embroidery emphasizes the effect of collective connections that are being passed on throughout my work.
